Taha'a is a small island in French Polynesia, at 250 km away from Tahiti, the main island. Since 2005, it is on this land that we decided to perform our know-how. Our sugar canes are harvested by hand, we extract the juice, and once it is fermented we distill it in the purest tradition. The old variety of sugar canes called O'Tahiti offers us a flowery and fruity range of aromas, competing with the world's best agriole rums.
